Boost Your Results with Traffic Exchanges

When it comes to fast free traffic, one of the best ways to do this is with traffic exchanges.

You can get traffic within minutes -and if you apply the strategies that I will be sharing with you today, you can start generating leads just as fast.

I have used many different traffic exchanges and I see pretty much the same thing everywhere.

The majority of people are promoting their:

  • replicated landing pages,
  • business opportunities,
  • sales videos,
  • sales letters,
  • blogs,
  • corporate websites,
  • product/services pages…

…and all these are fine to promote –if you want to get slow results.

Here’s the thing about promoting any of the above: 99% of everyone else is doing the same thing.

And when you are a “typical” marketer…
…you will get “typical” results.

So how can you use traffic exchanges to get better results for your business?

Short answer: do things just a little bit different than the 99%.

Let me ask you a question that you may not have thought before (I’m guessing).

The people that are on traffic exchanges, what do they want?

Why are they surfing for credits?

The answer is obvious, right?

They are looking for more traffic to their website.

And since everyone on there is looking for more traffic, wouldn’t it be a good idea to promote something that is related to getting more traffic?

I sure think so.

What do you think would happen if you showed up to the traffic exchanges and started teaching people how to get more traffic?

I’ll tell you what would happen…

You will immediately start getting leads.

And that is how you use traffic exchanges to build your list, fast and free.

I could end it here but I’m not going to.

Let me take it one step further…

Here’s a strategy that I use to easily generate leads from traffic exchanges.

Step 1: Create the Right Lead Magnet

The key word there is “right” -the “right” lead magnet.

A lot of people are promoting some kind of lead magnet -which is fine but they don’t have the right lead magnet for this particular traffic source.

So what’s the right lead magnet?

Like I mentioned before -show people how to get more traffic.

However you want to deliver that information is totally up to you.

You have a variety of options:

  • PDF,
  • video,
  • audio,
  • webinar,
  • ebook,
  • course,
  • email,
  • article,
  • membership,
  • skype call,
  • …and the list goes on.

Step 2: Delivery

Now that you have a lead magnet, you need to figure out how you are going to deliver it.

Again, you have many options here:

  • a download page,
  • an email,
  • a physical product through mail,
  • a YouTube link, etc.

Step 3: Lead Capture Page

Now that you have a lead magnet and know how you will deliver it, you need a lead capture page.

You can also call this a squeeze page or landing page.

One of the biggest mistakes the “average” marketer makes is not building a list.

Remember, you want to be above average –and you do this by doing things that the average person isn’t willing to do.

This includes building a list.

So create yourself a lead capture page or pay someone to do it for you.

After this, you will need one more thing…

Step 4: Splash Page

By now you should have 3 things ready: a lead magnet, a delivery method, and a lead capture page.

You see, most marketers stop there.

We’re gonna do things just a little better.

We’re gonna add a splash page to your campaign.

If you don’t know what a splash page is, it’s basically a page with a splash on it –just kidding.

It’s a page with either a link, a banner, an ad, or an image –basically a call to action to click a link on the page.

The whole point of the splash page is to get that click.


You want to get people off the traffic exchange site and on to your lead capture page -for a few reasons.

First, most people on traffic exchanges are just (mindlessly) surfing through sites to build up their credits -because they want more traffic.

Second, you want to get them over to your own world –whether its your blog, your lead capture page, your email list, etc.

This is especially important because its a little hard to help your leads if they are focused on earning credits –they simply won’t pay much attention to your message.

So use a splash page.

Once you have everything setup your funnel should begin on the traffic exchange with your splash page…

When they click the link on your splash page, they will be taken to your lead capture page -where they will sign up to your email list and get the lead magnet.

And that is how you boost your results in your business with traffic exchanges.

One thing to keep in mind is that you should use traffic exchanges to build your list.

Yes, try to make sales too but focus on building a list first –once on your list, focus on making sales through your emails.

Secrets to a High Converting Squeeze Page

A few years ago (or more) -it was around 2012…

I figured out a way to generate leads very quickly for my business opportunity.

To give you an idea of how well it worked, I generated a list of about 300 people in less than a month –and it was all with free traffic.

Fast forward to 2019, I see that lead generation is the same.

And today I will be sharing you some of my secrets to creating a high converting squeeze page for your business.

Before creating a squeeze page you need a lead magnet but I assume you already have one.

If you don’t have one yet, go create one then come back.

Let’s begin.


This is probably the most important part of your squeeze page.

If you can get the attention of someone with your headline, then they will keep reading -and want to know more.

…and this will greatly improve your conversions.

So how to write a great headline?

A simple way to write a headline is to write the outcome that your lead magnet will provide.

You want to make the headline believable also.

Think about it.

If you see a headline that reads something like: “Make $25,000 in 2 Days While On Vacation in Bora Bora, Even If You Have ZERO Experience, No List, and No Traffic!”

Most likely, you’re not going to believe it.

On the other hand, if you read something like: “How to Earn Your Next $100 Online This Week, Even if You Have No Money for Traffic”

That is a lot more believable.

You want to make a promise on your headline -a promise that you will help your prospects get closer to their goals.

And in the case for business opportunities, that goal will always be “make more money” -so anything that will get them closer to that next sale.

The great thing about our industry is that you have 3 main things to choose from when it comes to making that next sale:

Traffic, leads, and conversions.

And each one of those can be broken down to more specific things…

Traffic: social media, ppc, ppv, banners, interstitial ads, text ads, pop-ups, etc.

Leads: squeeze pages, lead magnets, autoresponders, funnels, emails, etc.

Conversions: copywriting, sales pages, communication, influence, marketing, etc.

And before I get too off-topic here…

You can use any of the above to really get specific on what you are delivering through your squeeze pages.

The more specific, the better.

So use your headline to get attention and make a (believable) promise to help your prospects.

All you really need to collect is an email address.

Usually, asking for more information will lower your conversions –and sometimes people will enter bogus details.

Ultimately its up to you what you ask for but keep that in mind.

Also, most forms come with “submit” on the button but make sure you change this.

Here are some good options:

  • Download Now
  • Watch Now
  • Get Started
  • Join Now
  • Get Instant Access
  • Send Me The (product)

…pretty much anything but “submit”.

Other Tips

Include a few sentences about your lead magnet’s benefits -this can also be a few bullet points.

Also, nobody cares about how “pretty” or “perfect” your squeeze page is.

The only thing that your prospects care about is whether or not you will be able to help them.

…so help them.

That’s pretty much it when it comes to squeeze pages.

Include a solid headline, your form, and a few benefits –and you’ll be set.

Improve Your Results by Being Different

Its no secret that very few people who start a business ever “make it”.

When I say “make it” -I mean any level of success.

This can be different for everyone.

Somebody might want just enough for their bills…

Another person may want to earn $5,000 a month while some may want to earn $5,000 a week.

And you can’t forget those who want to earn at least $1,000,000 a year.

Whatever your goals are -this is what I mean by “making it”.

So few people ever “make it”.

But those who do succeed in their business do things just a little bit different.

Have you ever noticed that?

The people that are in the top 5% of any company -they stand out from the crowd.

Today I am going to share with you 3 things that will help you be different, stand out from everybody else, get higher conversions, and ultimately put more money in your pocket.

And these 3 things can be used with any type of business opportunity.

So even if you decide to promote something new, you can still use these 3 things to help you make more money.

Let’s get started.

Use Your Own Landing Pages

Some people call them squeeze pages or lead capture pages -they are the same thing.

Yes. The company you are with will give you some nice landing pages, which is great.

But everyone else in the company is using the exact same page.

When you have your own landing pages, you can use the same traffic sources as everyone else in the company -you can even target the exact same people –and you will get higher conversions.

…because people won’t be clear on what you are selling, assuming you don’t add the company logo or name to your landing page.

With the tools we got today, it is very easy to create a landing page.

And if you don’t want to do it yourself, you can simply pay someone to create one for you.

This leads to the next thing…

Build a List

Remember, you want to do things that most people aren’t willing to do.

And one of those things is: build an email list.

When you build a list, you aren’t just building a list. You are building an asset.

  • That is your audience…
  • Your prospects…
  • Your leads…
  • Your traffic…
  • Your efforts…

Forget about standing out and being different for just a second.

When you send traffic straight to the company site… all your efforts, your traffic, and your leads are going to someone else.

But this is what most people do.

They build a little bit of momentum -they get traffic, start generating leads, and maybe make a few sales.

Then something happens…

They decide to join a different opportunity for whatever reason.

…and they’re back to square one: no traffic, no leads, no list, no prospects… starting from ZERO.

All the hard work went to creating someone else’s list.

Then they start the same cycle in the new company…

Send traffic, generate some leads, get a sale or two, build some momentum, then off to the next thing.

I am all too familiar with this.

I used to do this A LOT in the beginning.

It wasn’t until I started building a list with my own custom landing pages, that my income started to grow.

When you start promoting something different that nobody has ever seen before, people will begin to optin to your list almost immediately.

…because you are standing out and being different.

But what happens once they opt in to your list?

That’s the next thing…

Provide Value

Most people never bother to build a list -and those that do, very few of them ever provide value to their prospects.

The majority of marketers who have a list, all they do is pitch.

Every email you get from them is nothing but a sales pitch for their “latest and greatest” offer.

It’s all about:

  • a new shiny object,
  • “push-button” software,
  • a “business in a box” solution,
  • “make money even if you don’t want to”,
  • “get all these bonuses” when you buy,
  • “ninja tactics”,
  • a “super-secret underground traffic source”,
  • the “ultimate” method,
  • make money “on complete autopilot”,
  • “the next multi-billion dollar industry” (my favorite)

…and a whole bunch of other nonsense and hype.

You know what most marketers do?

They treat their list like a booty call.

They (most marketers) reach out only when they want to make a quick buck.

Fortunately for us, this is a good thing.

Instead, reach out to your list regularly –helping them out as you go.

You must genuinely care about helping other people.

Provide valuable content in your emails on a regular basis.

This could mean daily, every other day, or even a few times a week -but make sure you keep in touch.

Otherwise, most people will forget all about you and when you finally reach out they will most likely hit that “spam” button; they won’t know who you are.

This happens to the typical marketer.

Don’t be a typical marketer.

…and when you think about it, it’s not really that hard to stand out and do things a little different.

All you gotta do is:

  • Use your own landing pages,
  • Build a list,
  • and provide valuable content to your list.

So be different.

Stand out.

Be above average.

…and you will create an above average income.

High Converting Biz-Opp Traffic with Facebook

As the #3 website in the US and the entire world, Facebook is a great place to generate some high quality and high converting biz-opp traffic.

There are 4 main ways you can get traffic back to your business opportunity with Facebook:

  • Advertising
  • Groups
  • Fanpages
  • Personal Page

Just as a side note: you will see significantly better results if you send your traffic to your landing page to grow your list.

Also, I am not going to show you how to implement each traffic strategy listed above. There are a ton of videos on YouTube that do a much better job at explaining it than I can do here.

Instead, I am going to give you some helpful tips that helped me get high quality traffic from Facebook.

Let’s get started…

Choose the Right Audience

Don’t just target everyone on Facebook.

If you are paying for ads and target everyone on Facebook, you will blow through your ad budget so fast its not even funny.

This is why its important to know who your right audience is.

Once you know your right audience, you can begin to help them with your products or services.

It will also make it easier to make everything around that one particular niche -your posts, pictures, videos, comments, groups, and fan pages.

When everything is centered around a specific topic, your audience will begin to find you and your pages.

Don’t Spam

I’m not on Facebook as much anymore so maybe this has changed (although I don’t think so).

There were a lot of people on there spamming their referral links all over the place: in their personal profiles, on other people’s walls, in groups, in the comments, in other people’s fanpages -it was just a mess.

It got so bad that Facebook blocked a lot of domains that had anything to do with business opportunities or making money from home.

Don’t be that guy (or girl)

This leads me the my next tip for higher conversions…

Create Curiosity

When people are promoting their business opportunity all over Facebook (or any other place), it is clear to everyone what they are promoting.

…and when someone sees something they have already seen before, they ignore it.

They think “oh, its this business opportunity again…”

There’s a quick fix to this.

Create your own landing page -with your own success stories.


Provide Valuable Content

There is something your target market wants.

It is up to you to figure out what they want -and help them get it.

And you do this by providing value through your posts, your comments, your fanpage(s), your groups, and most importantly -through your lead magnet and email list.


When it comes to creating above average results you must be consistent.

This means consistent with your message…

This means consistent in your marketing…

Being consistent in your business does NOT mean promote one thing one day and the next day promote something new -and something new the week after that.

You must choose one thing to promote and stick with it.

Also, don’t expect to create a surge of high converting biz-opp traffic from Facebook with only one post -and especially if its your first post.

You need to send out updates to your audience daily or at the very least, every other day.

Facebook is a long-term strategy and you should treat it as such.

You can get high targeted traffic from Facebook for anything you are promoting, but you must do it the right way.

And these tips above will help you.

Take this information, apply it, and let me know how it goes.

Do This Before Taking Any Action

The majority of people who start a business never even generate one lead -much less make a sale.

If you were to ask these people why they are failing, they would reply with something like:

  • the offer doesn’t convert,
  • the traffic source doesn’t work,
  • nobody is interested,
  • the company is saturated,
  • the methods don’t work,
  • I need more traffic,
  • I need more leads,
  • the funnel doesn’t convert,
  • I don’t have a funnel,
  • I don’t have a list,
  • I am still a newbie,

…and the list goes on.

On the surface, these reasons seem legit -and in some cases they are.

But most people struggling have absolutely no idea where they want to go.

Think about it.

If you don’t know where you want to be, it doesn’t matter where you go.

Earl Nightingale talks about this in his book “The Strangest Secret” -there’s an audio format which you can listen to as well.

But he says that a man (or woman) without a goal is like a boat without a captain.

…it has no destination.

If a boat leaves the harbor and the captain knows where they are going, he says that 999 times out of 1,000 that boat will get to its destination.

But if the boat takes off with no captain, it will end up crashing.

I’m just paraphrasing here.

If you haven’t read that book I highly recommend you buy it and read it -it has some great information.

Let’s get back to you and your destination.

Like I mentioned before, most people never get anywhere because they don’t know what they want.

That’s where you should start.

So now let me ask you this:

  • Have you ever thought about what you really want?
  • Have you thought about EXACTLY how much money you want to make?
  • Have you thought about how you want your life to look like?
  • Have you thought about how you want to spend your days?
  • Have you thought about WHY you want to make more money?

If you’ve never given any thought to these questions, now would be a good time to start.

Here’s why this is important.

When you have a vision for yourself -a vision of what you want your life to look like, it becomes real in your mind.

You can see it.
You can hear it.
You can taste it.
You can touch it.
You can FEEL it.

The more you think about it and the clearer your vision is, your desire for that vision is going to grow stronger.

You know exactly what you want.

You know exactly where you’re going.

You now have a destination.

Now when you take off and take massive action, you know where you’re headed.

The action you take will be focused and on purpose -unlike most people who take action without even knowing where they want to go.

Not only that.

But when you hit a road block on your way there, your vision is going to pull you forward and you will find away around it.

When someone doesn’t have a vision though, any hardship is an excuse to quit -and that is why so many people never reach any level of success.

Take the time to create a vision for yourself.

Know exactly what you want your life to look like.

Then go out there and take massive action.

Creating a High Converting Lead Magnet

If you are reading this then you’re probably looking to either: a) build a list or b) grow your current list of email subscribers for your business opportunity.

When it comes to generating leads, the most important thing is your lead magnet.

With the right lead magnet you will be able to get high conversions with almost any traffic source you use.

But if don’t have the right lead magnet…

Your conversions (if any) will be very low –and this is where most people are at.

So how do you create the right lead magnet for your business opportunity?

Short answer: Solve a problem for your leads in way that will lead them to your main offer.

Here’s what I mean…

Think of your main offer as the ultimate solution to someone’s problem.

Your lead magnet should be the bridge that connects your leads with your main offer.

And the way to do this is very simple.

All you have to do is think about any small problems or issues your ideal customer has.

Then, simply show them how to solve that problem.

But show them that when they solve that small issue, they will encounter another issue –and you can spread this out as long as you want.

You can show them: problem, solution, problem, solution, problem, solution… etc.

But you don’t want to extend it out too far.

Eventually you want to introduce them to your main offer –remember, the ultimate solution.

You can introduce 1 solution, 2, 3, 4, or as much as you want.

Every offer is different so you will need to figure out what works best for you; this is where testing will come in handy.

Here’s an important thing to remember…

Create your lead magnet in a way that the next logical step is to buy your product or service.

So how do you create your lead magnet?

This is the great thing about your lead magnet; you can create a solution to your lead’s problem and deliver it in any format.

Here are a few ideas of what you can create:

  • ebook,
  • webinar,
  • article,
  • membership,
  • audio,
  • interview,
  • physical book,
  • video,
  • conference call,
  • livestream,
  • subscription…

You can also create a series of any of the above and spread them out over a few days or week.

Once you have your own lead magnet, you will be ahead of over 95% of everyone else -and all of a sudden you are no longer competing with anyone else in your company.

You can go out there and use the exact same traffic sources, get in front of the exact same audience as most people in your company –and you will outconvert them all.

Get Biz-Opp Traffic (That Converts) with YouTube

It’s no secret that video is a great medium to promote anything you want.

And if you do it properly, you can generate massive amounts of traffic for your business opportunity.

If you are going to use video to spread your content, there is no better place than YouTube.

It is the #2 site in the entire world and on top of this, its free.

Something important before moving on…

YouTube is a long-term strategy.

If you are looking for fast free biz-opp traffic, this isn’t it.

What do I mean by ‘long-term’?

I recommend you upload one video per day for the next 45 days -MINIMUM.

You’re continuing to read so that means I didn’t scare you off 🙂

OK so let’s get to the question you may be asking yourself:

“How do I get biz-opp traffic that converts with YouTube?”

Short answer: Vlog daily until you get the traffic or results you want.

It really is that simple.

Although that doesn’t mean it is easy.

Here are some questions that you will most likely ask yourself if you are thinking about creating videos:

What kind of videos to create?
What content to share?
Do I have to be funny?
What if I’m camera shy?
Can I do a screen capture?
What kind of videos work best for my company?
What if I’ve never made a video before?
Do I need an intro?
What about an outro?
Do I use my real name?
What would others think of me?
What if someone I know sees me?
What if I don’t have any credibility?
What if I don’t know what to share?

Let’s just stop right there.

Want to know a secret?

None of that matters.

Your first videos will probably get no views -so you don’t have to worry about making “the perfect video”.

The most important part is getting started.

Don’t know what to talk about?

Make a video introducing yourself -talk about your life, where you come from, and why you decided to start a business.

Once you get started, it will get easier.

When it comes to YouTube, here are a few key things to remember.


Always include a call to action.

No matter what that call to action is (going to your website, subscribing to your channel, liking your video, commenting, joining your business), make sure you include it in every video.


Stay consistent with your videos.

Remember that YouTube is great for a long-term traffic strategy so just keep pumping out videos without focusing too much on your traffic.

Keep It Simple

It doesn’t take long to create videos.

Stick with one or two key things to share in each video.

Be Yourself

This is probably the most important one.

Whatever type of content you want to share, do it in your own style.

One more thing…

The sooner you get started, the sooner you will start getting biz-opp traffic to your offer.

Building a List of Business Opportunity Seekers

Having a list of prospects is important when it comes to growing your business opportunity.

Yet for some reason, most people don’t build a list -they continue to use the replicated landing pages from the company.

This creates a few issues…

  • You never get to create or have your own audience,
  • You are always needing to “grind” to continue to get results,
  • If the company ever shuts down, you’ll need to start from scratch,
  • If you decide to promote something new, you’ll need to start from scratch,
  • If you go to a different company, you’ll need to start from scratch,
  • Everyone is using the same pages -which cause lower conversions,
  • All the leads YOU generate are going to the company owner(s),
  • You will be competing with everyone else in the company,
  • and the list goes on…

Ok, so how do we build a list of business opportunity seekers?

Short answer: you need a landing page, a lead magnet and an autoresponder.

Obviously there is a little more to it than these 3 things so let me touch on each one below.


There are a lot of autoresponders available but the one I keep going back to is Aweber -but this is a personal preference.

Another great one that I’ve used in the past is GetResponse.

If you already have one that isn’t Aweber or GetResponse -that’s fine. You can continue to use it.

One thing you have to make sure is that it is reputable.

If too many people get spam complaints, then your emails will keep going into the spam/junk folders or promotions tab in Gmail.

Lead Magnet

Your lead magnet is probably the most important part of building a list.

Essentially, you are bribing people to get on your list in exchange for something -your lead magnet.

The great thing about a lead magnet is that it can be anything you want -but it has to provide some value to your leads.

…and you can deliver that value through an ebook, a PDF download, a video, an audio, consulting, a membership, a webinar, a coaching call, a physical gift through regular mail, a “method” or “guide”, a cheat sheet, etc.

Basically, you want to solve a problem for your leads.

And one more thing on top of this…

Your lead magnet must be related to your main product or service.

After your leads go through your lead magnet, the next logical step should be to join your main business opportunity.

This is very important.

I see a lot of people who give away a really cool lead magnet but their offer is totally unrelated –and if it is related, their is no next step to join or buy something.

You have to remember that you are in business to make money -and you make money when you sell something.

Once you have your lead magnet created the rest is simple.

Lead Capture Page (Squeeze Page)

Your lead capture page has one job and one job ONLY…

…and that is to capture your prospect’s information.

It is up to you what you want to ask for -but generally (not all cases) you will see higher conversions if you just ask for an email.

Your lead capture page should include the following:

  • Your headline (the big promise) -aka: the solution to a problem
  • A few sentences or bullets on what they will receive
  • An opt-in form
  • And MAYBE a picture of the lead magnet –but that’s it.

No links to your social media.
No links to your “about me” page.
No share links.
No other call to action buttons.

There are a few situations where having other stuff can be useful but for the most part -your lead capture page should only be used to “capture leads”.


No one cares about how pretty your page is.

The only thing that is important to your prospects is whether or not you will be able to help them.

Once you got your lead magnet, autoresponder, and lead capture page…

all you have to do is send some traffic to it.

Gain Credibility as a Complete Newbie

If you are fairly new to the world of business opportunities, then you are probably asking yourself the following question:

“How do I get people to join my business opportunity as a newbie with no experience?”

The answer to that question is simple: gain some credibility.

First you need to ask yourself the following:

“Why would someone join my business opportunity?”

Here are some typical answers:

“Because they can make more money”
“Because my product is the greatest thing”
“Because all the features my product/service has”
“Because we have all the tools you need”
“Because we are in ‘pre-launch'”
“Because of our training”

All these answers are great but there’s one small problem…

Everyone in your company is offering the same thing!

This means that your prospects can essentially join under anyone else in the company -and all those “reasons to join” will be the same as they are with you.

You need to offer something different and stand out.

A great way to do this is by sharing your success with your prospects.

…and you generate success by taking action.

There is absolutely no way around this.

You go out there, generate some type of results -whether its getting traffic, generating leads, or making a sale.

Then you use that success to share with others.

All of a sudden, you are not “just like everyone else in your company”.

All of a sudden, you become a leader.

There are a few more things to become a great leader in your business opportunity but for now, let’s just work with sharing your successes…

If you generated one lead today with one ad -share that with your prospects.

You can use that in your ads.

Did you make your first sale? -share that with your prospects.

Don’t have prospects?

Now may be a good idea to start building an email list.

…but let’s not get too ahead of ourselves -you need to first go out there and get some sort of results.

Once you get that first positive result you will be ahead of 90% of everyone else and you will have more to offer your leads and prospects.

…and you get that first positive result by generating some traffic to your business opportunity.

Get Biz-Opp Traffic (That Converts) with Safelists

One of my favorite ways to generate traffic for my business opportunity is through safelists.

You may be thinking:

Does safelists traffic work for business opportunities?

Short answer: Yes.

…but it depends on how you promote your biz-opp.

Here’s what I mean.

People use safelists to get traffic but to get traffic they need to view other people’s pages first.

So essentially everyone is promoting their offers to each other.

If you’ve ever used safelists to get traffic, chances are you got little to no results -and this is why.

Almost everyone on there is already in a business opportunity.

So how do you properly use safelists for your biz-opp?

I’m glad you asked.

The first thing you must do is stand out from the crowd and be just a little bit different.

While everyone else is promoting their biz-opp, you can hop on and promote something else like say, how to get traffic to your business opportunity.

Now, you’re not only being different -but also solving a huge problem.

Think about it for a second…

Almost everyone on a safelist is looking for more traffic…

Then they see your ad which says you’re going to show them how to generate traffic to their business opportunity.

Who do you think will generate more leads on safelists?

…the person promoting a biz-opp?
